Description
Application:
- Flanged gate valve for drinking water and neutral liquids up to 70ºC.
Design features:
- Non rising stainless steel stem;
- Full bore;
- Low closing torque;
- Clockwise closing;
- Guided wedge to ensure correct sealing;
- 100% watertight;
- No zones of retention;
- Replaceable wedge nut.

- Design standards: Design in accordance to EN 1171, Face to face dimensions according to EN 558, basic series 14 (DIN 3202, F4);
- Flange end connections EN1092-2, ISO2531;
- Maximum working pressure: PN10/16 bar;
- Test according: EN1074-2;
- Working temperature:0ºC- + 70°C;
- Drilling of flanges: PN10/16, starting from DN200 - PN10, PN16;
- Body and bonnet: ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7;
- Wedge: ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7, EPDM coating;
- Stem: stainless steel AISI420;
- coating: powder epoxy coating at least 250 μm thickness, color RAL5015;
- bolts: stainless steel SS304/carbon steel;
- WRAS, ACS approved product.
